Alchemical Strength is led by Gianna Davis—an elite kettlebell coach, movement educator, and practitioner of embodied transformation. Gianna holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Kinesiology, a Doctorate of Chinese Energetic Medicine (Qigong), and serves as an RKC Team Leader who has certified hundreds of kettlebell instructors worldwide.

Her professional path spans the full spectrum of human movement and life stages—from high-performing collegiate athletes, to seniors aged 60–80, to owning and operating a women’s kettlebell studio for five years serving clients ages 11–75. This rare breadth of experience informs her ability to meet each individual exactly where they are—physically, energetically, and emotionally.

Today, Gianna specializes in coaching mothers and fathers. Through Alchemical Strength, she empowers parents to reclaim their vitality, resilience, and self-trust—not just for their own well-being, but to model embodied health and wisdom for the next generation.

Gianna is also the mother of a spirited toddler (prayers welcome 😉), and motherhood has been the great initiatory fire of her life. Through profound personal and professional transformation, she has lived firsthand the necessity of sustainable, regulating practices. Kettlebell training, Qigong, and Tai Chi are not just tools she teaches—they are daily alchemical practices that keep her grounded, strong, regulated, and well across the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual realms.

Rooted in both rigorous science and ancient wisdom, Gianna brings deep compassion, humility, and lived understanding to her coaching.
